[edit]I don't mean to be negative, but when editing this article I added in the fact that she played Iris Crowe "sister and sometime lover of sinister preacher Brother Justin Crowe" which was subsequently edited to remove the "and sometime lover" part, which says more about her character than anything else.
It is strongly implied in several episodes, notably the last episodes of season one, that Iris and Justin's relationship develops past the bond of brother-sister.
Is it right that it stay out, as has been removed? I don't know the rules, really, but I thought it was a bit unfair. The justification of the editor in question (in the edit summary) was "okay, no" which suggests an unfamiliarity with the context.

[edit]"refused to applaud Elia Kazan, due to his controversial activities during his career"
This is an odd sentence. 1) So what? Is this really a career defining moment for her and 2) If it is important, then what, exactly, are Elia's controversial activities? This sentence needs a citation or should likely be removed from the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.98.249.59 (talk) 01:54, 28 August 2011 (UTC)

Playboy June 1978
[edit]I read through a scan of the entire june 1978 issue of playboy and couldn't even find a mention of madigan anywhere. (this guy has nothing better to do?) This seems too oddly specific to be false but whoever made the edit must've gotten the wrong issue or something JohnSpinker (talk) 12:37, 18 May 2021 (UTC)
