I've added wiki-markup to the top half of the article upto the section Cooperation in Planning. Will do more later if it hasn't already been done. —TheJC (Talk • Contribs • Count) 10:58, 7 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I tried, i honestly did, I added a bit more markup but the article is so incredibly boring to read that i found myself trying to keep my eyes open whilst marking up very hard. Is there a re-write tag that could be shoved on it? It's so so boring. --I'll bring the food 13:31, 7 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've wikified the remainder, and replaced the {{wikify-date}} tag with {{copyedit}} as it was the closest template I could find for a full article re-write. Parts of the article are wrote in the wrong tense, and the article could do with a good rewrite. —TheJC (Talk • Contribs • Count) 14:33, 8 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
