Bathroom Monkey was proposed for deletion. This page is an archive of the discussion about the proposed deletion. This page is no longer live. Further comments should be made on the article's talk page rather than here so that this page is preserved as an historic record. The result of the debate was NO CONSENSUS though more people said merge and redirect than anything else. -- Graham ☺ | Talk 01:06, 14 Nov 2004 (UTC)
Ditto from Schmitt's Gay. Fairly funny "clean" commercial parody from SNL but not really notable. Delete. Ian Pugh 15:30, 5 Nov 2004 (UTC)

- Delete: Not as memorable or worthy a spoof. Delete in any case as minor joke. Geogre 18:26, 5 Nov 2004 (UTC)

- Delete. Must be from an SNL season that I didn't see (and haven't seen on any SNL specials of classic material). If a notable SNL ad parody doesn't warrant a separate article, certainly a minor one doesn't. Niteowlneils 20:17, 5 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Didn't know about Saturday Night Live opening commercial--if the content is kept, refactor that from a list, to a description of the subject parodys, IE merge/redir all the ones that have articles and remove links for those that don't. If it gets too big in the future, particularly notable ones can be broken out. Niteowlneils 22:11, 7 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Merge with Saturday Night Live opening commercial and redirect. Everyking 01:54, 6 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Merge and redirect. -Sean Curtin 03:13, Nov 6, 2004 (UTC)
- Merge and redir. (It dosen't even mention that the bit stars the hilarious Janeane Garofalo?? sigh...)--Deglr6328 03:40, 6 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Merge and redirect. --Falsifian 18:11, 2004 Nov 7 (UTC)
- Keep. It is a very memorable opening commercial for die-hard SNL fans. Please do not remove this piece of SNL history.
- Keep. Please do not remove this classic SNL sketch that may be used by someone needing to do a report on SNL, say 30 years from now. -Karl
- Keep. Encyclopedic, relevant, factually accurate, verifiable. --[[User:OldakQuill|Oldak Quill]] 00:55, 10 Nov 2004 (UTC)
