[edit]Actually it's more Tex-Mex than true Mexican cuisine...still yummy, though. -JJR
- Done! It is distinctly Tex-Mex, as Mexican food usually does not have nachos, nor chicken fajitas. Author782 21:46, 7 January 2006 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Tacocabana.gif
[edit]Image:Tacocabana.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 04:34, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

Brinker International ownership period?
[edit]The Brinker International article states that at one time the company used to operate Taco Cabana, however that isn't mentioned in this article. Specifically, during what time frame did Brinker own/operate the chain? --Shawn K. Quinn (talk) 08:14, 7 April 2014 (UTC)
Article formatting
[edit]Wow, the article is a mess. I am a fan of the restaurant, but this article is a disaster. The link formatting is not correct and there is so much corporate fluff in here that I am surprised that it has not been tagged for deletion. I will try to make some improvements.DevRockinAZ (talk) 14:19, 24 December 2014 (UTC)
External Links / In the News
[edit]A wikipedia page is not meant to be a collection of links for every little news item about a company. News items about $3 Happy Hour and such are really unnecessary on this page. Actually, there is a lot of content on this page that needs to be removed. I do believe the page should exist, but its current state is very poor. I hope the people who often add content to this page (possibly company employees) understand that all this marketing and advertising they put on this page is not in the spirit of wikipedia. Please be thoughtful with your future edits.DevRockinAZ (talk) 11:35, 30 August 2015 (UTC)
