[edit]The Vietnam page said the 94th Congress "voted for a total cut off of all aid to South Vietnam to take effect at the beginning of the 1975-76 financial year (July 1, 1975)." After putting this in and I began reading - actually, this vote never took place. South Vietnam was still receiving money when it fell in April of 1975 and the vote regarding the 1975-1976 fiscal year starting July 1st, 1975 had yet to take place. So it would be incorrect to say Congress voted for a total cut off of all aid to South Vietnam. South Vietnam fell before the vote could take place. Ruy Lopez 09:17, 26 May 2004 (UTC)
