Delete. Original research, personal essay. I think it does qualify as a Wikipedia:Candidates for speedy deletion under cases 1, "patent nonsense" and 2, "test page." With this and given the votes above I am going to delete it. Note that my action is not based on its being racist. I think it is, but that in itself would not be a reason for deletion, let alone speedy deletion). I will undelete it on request if anyone actually thinks it needs further discussion in VfD.
